ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Reston (VA) to spearhead our outreach efforts. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated self-starter to launch their career in sales while working directly with the Global Sales Director. As our first SDR hire, you will play a key role in driving growth by engaging potential clients and scheduling high-quality meetings for our sales team.
Key responsibilities :
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls daily to engage prospective clients.
- Use cadences software and professional sales solutions to structure outreach and follow-ups.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with deepIP.ai’s solutions.
- Schedule 25-30 high-quality meetings per month for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Sales Director to refine outreach strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to improve messaging and prospecting strategies.
ABOUT YOU
You have/are :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and innovation, particularly within the Intellectual Property sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- No prior sales experience required; a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
