As we build DeepIP, we are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in Paris.

As a Product Design for DeepIP, you will

• Be a member of the Product team, partnering closely with the entire company to drive our product forward.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to design features that transform complex patent workflows into elegant, user-centric experiences.
• Elevate the quality and coherence of our UX/UI across platforms (web, desktop, and integrations like Microsoft Word).
• Help grow and shape our design system as well as the overall design culture at DeepIP.
• Take ownership of the design process—from discovery and ideation to prototyping, validation, and delivery.

About you

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or productivity tools.
• You’re user-obsessed, and love making complex workflows feel intuitive and seamless.
• You can work end-to-end—from discovery and research to wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and polished handoff.
• You’re a team player with strong communication skills who enjoys collaborating with engineers, PMs, and customers.
• Bonus points if you’re familiar with:
  • AI/LLM-based products

Recruitment Process

1. Intro Call – A 30-minute conversation to get to know you and your motivations.
2. Culture & Technical Fit – A discussion with a senior designer or PM to explore your background and way of working.
3. Take-Home Design Test – We’ll send a realistic, time-boxed challenge (approx. 1–2 hours) to assess your problem-solving, UX thinking, and visual execution.
4. Co-founder Interview – Final chat with one of our co-founders to align on vision and long-term fit.
