As we build DeepIP, we are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in Paris.
As a Product Manager at DeepIP, you will
- Be a core member of the Product team, partnering closely with engineering, design, and business teams to drive our product vision forward.
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery and problem definition to delivery and iteration.
- Translate complex patent workflows into intuitive, efficient product experiences that delight our users.
- Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to gather insights and turn them into actionable product requirements.
- Define clear success metrics and ensure features are delivering the intended impact.
- Help shape the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with DeepIP’s long-term vision.
About you
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or productivity tools.
- You’re customer-obsessed, with a strong ability to translate user needs into impactful solutions.
- You thrive in complexity—able to quickly understand technical constraints, business goals, and user workflows.
- You excel at cross-functional collaboration and can drive alignment across diverse teams.
- You’re comfortable defining scope, writing clear product specs, and making trade-off decisions.
- Bonus points if you have experience with:
- AI/LLM-based products
- LegalTech or workflow-heavy enterprise software
Recruitment Process
- Intro Call – A 30-minute conversation to get to know you and your motivations.
- Culture & Product Fit – A discussion with a senior PM or product leader to explore your background and way of working.
- Case Study – We’ll send a realistic, time-boxed challenge (approx. 2–3 hours) to assess your problem-solving, prioritization, and product thinking.
- Co-founder Interview – Final chat with one of our co-founders to align on vision and long-term fit.
