The Role: The Backbone of our Culture
As our People & Office Coordinator, you are the "go-to" person, the operational backbone, and the spark that brings our workplace to life. This isn't just about desk management; it’s about crafting an environment where people love to show up.
One day you’re designing a high-impact team offsite, the next you’re streamlining our onboarding flow, and every day you ensure the Paris office is a hub of energy and efficiency.
What you’ll do
1. Office Management & Workplace Experience (60%)
Office Operations Manager: Take full ownership of the Paris HQ. You will manage daily logistics and vendor relations to ensure the workspace remains professional, well-supplied, and high-performing.
Culture Coordinator: Foster team cohesion by designing and executing internal events - from weekly rituals to larger offsites - that help build meaningful connections across the company.
The Onboarding Experience: Manage the physical "Day One" process for new hires. You’ll oversee desk setups and welcome kits to ensure every team member feels supported and prepared from their first minute.
Proactive Operations: Maintain a sharp eye for detail to identify and resolve office friction points, ensuring a seamless environment for the team before issues arise.
2. People Operations & Support (40%)
HR Foundations: Manage payroll (PayFit), benefits, and French labor law compliance with meticulous accuracy.
Team Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding internal policies and benefits.
Process Scaling: Document and improve our People processes to ensure they stay smooth as we grow from a startup to a scale-up.

Who we’re looking for
Must-haves:
2-4 years of experience in Office Management, People Ops, or a high-touch Hospitality role within a fast-paced environment.
Natural Host: You genuinely enjoy taking care of people and creating "wow" moments.
Startup DNA: You move fast, embrace ambiguity, and take ownership without waiting for a manual.
Bilingual: Native-level French and professional English are mandatory.
Hyper-Organized: You can juggle a broken coffee machine, a payroll deadline and a party plan without breaking a sweat.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience with HR tools like PayFit or HiBob.
• A background in event planning or community management.
• Familiarity with the tech/AI ecosystem.
